Ok is he bi or gay???? I need to know if I should just move on or not.?

Me and this guy dated about a year ago. I honestly thought we would last, and now that we have ended I know how much it was my fault. My fault that I was dumb and decided to lie. But the thing is he is bi and he came out! He has dated men ever since. He calls me a lot though, and when he does he sais I love you and teases me just like he used too. When we are together I always find myself wondering if he is sexually atttracted to me. HE ALWAYS brings up stuff that we did together and when he does its like hes trying to turn me on. I dont get it. Because he is always in these relationships with these guys!!! Yet everyone knows underneath that he has these feelings for me and a lot of them that wont go away. Would he still love me if he was truely gay???? Or is he really just bi? His mom said she knows he is not gay but bi. And I get confused from it. What are the sure tell signs that he is either or? I need to know!!!! THis is annoying the crap outta me and I could never get a straight answer from him ever. :( he changes what he is all the time. Goes from bi to gay to bi to gay grrrr. Help@!!!!!
