Precuum and BC. maybe pregnant?

so first of all i was put on yazmin but my pharmacist gave me ocella um ok its my first month btw lol i didnt necessarily take it the sunday after my period i took it later probably a fail there, i take it every day around the same time sometimes earlier or later but not like 12 hrs later or anything, i had unprotected sex about almost a week ago a couple days before the sugar pills but he did not ejaculate, he actually ejaculated like 5 min before when i gave him a bj anyways now im on my 5th day of the sugar pill and still have not gotten my period, and im cramping up a bit and i took a hpt today and it came out negative, could it be too early? could i be pregnant? help please :)
