Call of Duty on PS3 vs XBOX 360...?

it happens less on the 360 cause for some reason the PSN chooses the most terrible host, its pathetic like on 360 on CoD4 I usually got host everyone had 3-4 bars always but when i switched to PSN ppl were getting 2 bars saying "thats normal" and i never get host on PSN. the 360 still have people who leave early but most of the time it finds a new host, unlike the PS3
