Grrrr why is itunes so hard to use?!?!?!?

Okay so i have two itunes accounts. one on ym grandmas computer and the other on my laptop. the one on my laptop only has like four songs but i love them and i want to transpher them to my grandmas computer (vise versa) is their a way? i dont have a flash drive thing and my laptom dosnt have a cd thing..
