Is there any chance that a pharmacy sells me fake Propecia?

I just called a pharmacy in London and asked a pharmacist if I can buy Propecia without seeing a doctor in person. He told me that he can arrange the prescription for me without seeing a doctor in person. So I just pay and pick up Propecia without seen a doctor. I ’m wondering if it is legal or not. Also I’m wondering if he sells me fake Propecia. Someone please give me answers for my questions. Thank you.
