Pharmacists living around L.A.?

I will be graduating with a pharmacy degree within the next year and I am looking at moving to the L.A. area. My fiancee is also a pharmacist. She is obsessed with Orange County so that's high on our list. I heard good things about Pasadena though so that's also high on the list. Can 2 pharmacists live good in those areas, and also what are some other good L.A. neighborhoods or suburbs that we can afford and are nice? We want to live in a HOUSE and at least in a decent area, so are the 2 options I listed before good and what would you recommend?
