Dark under eye circles, bags.. ?

I have not one but TWO bags unger my eyes. Or lines or circles or whatever! Grrrr. :/ haha. Well any tips on how to get rid of them. Please! Ive tries the whole cucumber slice thing.. Yeahh.. NADA! nothing.. Fast results? Anythin honestly. How to prevent it. Etc. Thanks! :D
