Neighbour hit my car.. what to do?

Call the authorities and show them the damage and tell them you witnessed the incident. I know you feel bad about this elderly neighbor having vision problems and driving problems, but how would you feel if this incident is ignored and next week she strikes and kills an innocent person who's just starting to raise their family, but now a spouse is dead from an accident that could have and should have been avoided by not allowing your neighbor to drive. Today it was vehicle, tomorrow it could be a child! You would be helping her and her family if she isn't allowed to drive any more. She should pay for the damages and lose her driving privileges before someone, including her, is injured severely. Do the right thing to protect the public.
