MY STRETCHED EARS ARE ITCHY CAN SOMEBODY HELP?

okay. im only at a 10g. and theyre itchy and red and when i scratch them they get really warm. and its spreading A LOT onto my face and its like i have red blotches on my cheeks and necks and i am PANICING. because my graduation is on tuesday and i look horrible and fkdsj im going to target tomorrow. PLEASE tell me something i can get there thatll help. i went to the pharmacy today and the pharmacist there told me to apply hydroskin and take loratadine. but idk, i want a second opinion. djsksda help ]:
