I got a B and im going crazy?!?

I just had my finals week and i worked insanely hard. Ive had all A's in honors classes in high school so far, im a sophomore, and i got an 86 on my honors chem exam which makes my final grade a B. I had a 4.5 GPA and now its a 4.35, im so mad and i feel like im gonna kill someone. i am so mad, i tried talking to my teacher but she wont bump up my grade. grrrr, i wanted to go to med school and a good college, and i cant do that with a 4.35 GPA!! ughhhh, i dont know what to do :( someone please help?? and dont tease me because i care so much about my grades, theyre important to me
