Advice! Please please please help!?

So. Here's how it goes. I like this guy. he kind of likes this girl. Every time i talk to him, he seems to like her less and less but doesn't like anyone else. So we are in track together and we tease each other and time. When we text he is so cute, and will be like oh i love you. of course he says he's joking after, but then i see him at school and he is back to teasing with me, but it seems like there is a gentler side to him now, and he smiles which he never did before. He's so different. he is so normal outside of school, but then at school he is back to teasing. Just tell me whatchya got for this one. I don't know if he likes me, or if he plans on asking me out! GRRRR
